Featuring the LP4000V48-T1 rectifier, this SMPS-based DC Power System is designed as a single-phase or three-phase AC input, hot-pluggable, fan-cooled rectifier and battery charger for standalone use or parallel operation in a digitally controlled DC power system. It delivers constant output power of 20,000 W, or 400 A at 50 V, across the full 42 to 58 Vdc range and supports CAN bus communication between the rectifier and controller. The system is designed to handle wide line fluctuations and extreme climatic conditions, particularly in rural and semi-urban telecom environments, and can be deployed in both indoor and outdoor applications including telecom equipment power, wireless cell sites, central office power plants, base station power plants, and lithium battery charging.
